The AELR Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 10, at 2 P.M. in the Joint Hearing Room in the Legislative Services Building.

Dept. of Environment: Regulation of Water Supply, Sewage Disposal, and Solid Waste: Sewage Disposal and Certain Water Systems for Homes and Other Establishments in the Counties of Maryland Where a Public Sewage System is Not Available:
COMAR 26.04.02.00-12
Dept. of Agriculture:
Soil and Water Conservation: Agriculture Operation: Nutrient Mgt. Plan Requirements: COMAR 15.20.07.02
If you care about private property rights and your land value you should plan to attend or listen to the hearings. We will post a link if the hearings are broadcast live.
This is your opportunity to let the State know that you disagree with the State taking land use and value without just compensation. This is your last chance to fight against over reaching intrusive regulations that seeks to stop all growth in the rural areas of the State and force people to leave the State or move into the urban areas of the State.
If you can not attend contact your legislators and tell them to stand up for your real property rights and to fight against the restrictions the State seeks to impose on land owners in the rural areas of the State.
